To ensure
the longevity and softness of your Hooli, please follow these care
instructions:
- Check the inner care tag of your Hooli for specific care instructions.
- Hand or machine wash your Hooli using cold to warm water. We suggest a maximum temperature of 40°C.
- If machine washing, select a gentle cycle to protect the fabric.
- Use only very mild detergents that are approved for wool or silk fabrics.
- Avoid tumble drying your Hooli. Instead, air dry it by laying it flat or hanging it up.
- When washing, avoid mixing your Hooli with other colors to prevent color bleeding.
- Do not iron your Hooli as it may damage the fabric
For optimal preservation of the cuddliness and softness of your Hooli, we recommend hand
washing it in cold water.

At Hooligans, we want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered/received. Please note that not all items are eligible for return, and any exclusions will be clearly indicated on the product pages or at checkout.
To be eligible for a return, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Initiate the return process and post the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Ensure that the item(s) were not marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase, unless they are faulty.
- Return the item(s) in their original packaging, unopened from the original vacuum packaging. If the item is faulty then ensure you including any attached tags, cards and ribbons.
- Prior to shipping, provide us with a photo of the item(s) so that we can assess their condition accurately.
Please note that if you claim a refund on a bundle, the bundle pricing will no longer apply. The items you choose to keep will be priced at their current sale price, and a refund will be issued for the remaining amount.
